Falls Meadowridge is a townhome rental complex with 48 - 2 story units available for rent. There are a total of 18 -2 bedrooms, 24 - 3 bedrooms, and 6 - 4 bedroom units ranging in size from 1,000 to 1,400 square feet. These were built in 1979 have controlled access to the units.

Falls Manor

Falls Manor is a two-story facility providing apartments and townhomes to tenants. Altogether, this residence has 22 units, 12 two-bedrooms and 10 three-bedrooms. The two-bedroom units are 735 square feet, and the three-bedroom units are 1,026 square feet.

Buckman Senior is a three-story facility offering 27 one-bedrooms to senior tenants. The other two floors are living spaces for the residents. Each ranges from 575-600 square feet.

Alverna

Circle Pines is a two-story facility with 28 rental units, six one-bedrooms, and 22 two-bedrooms. The one-bedroom measure around 690 square feet, whereas the two-bedroom are around 752 square feet.

This apartment complex is located in a quiet neighborhood with close access to the Westgate Mall and the downtown area for entertainment. Pine Grove Manor

This facility has a smoke-free atmosphere, and pets are welcome.

It is conveniently located by Interstate 94 and County Road 75. A couple of the nearby attractions include the College of St. Ben, St. John's University, a variety of restaurants, and grocery stores.  

Rosestone

Rosestone is a three-story facility providing one, two, and three-bedroom apartments to residents. There are 24 units altogether, eight one-bedrooms, eight two-bedrooms, and eight three-bedrooms. River Rock Townhomes

River Rock is a 24-unit residential building. It features two and three-bedroom townhomes. The two-bedrooms measure between 1,515-1,536 square feet and the three-bedroom are about 1,817 square feet.

It offers Low-Income Housing a Tax Credit of 30 percent of gross income. Key Row

Key Row is a large facility of around 15 buildings. Within this complex, there are 124 different apartments and townhomes. It is funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development to house families, senior citizens, and couples.

This facility contains one, two, three, and four-bedrooms. The one-bedrooms are 438 square feet. The two-bedrooms are 585 square feet. The three-bedrooms are 878 square feet, and the four-bedrooms are 1,500 square feet.
